Novatrix Technologies Inc provides digital marketing, web development, software development, and IT consulting services. As these are custom, project-based, and service-oriented deliverables, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service before the project has started.
Once a project plan, strategy, or initial work has been initiated (such as design drafts, development setup, or campaign launch), cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
To request cancellation, please contact us in writing at info@novatrixinc.com within 7 days of placing your order or signing the agreement.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
The project has not yet been initiated and no resources have been allocated.
A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
The service was not delivered as agreed, and a valid reason is provided after review.
Partial refunds may be approved for projects that have been partially completed, depending on the scope of work done and the effort invested by our team.

Please note: Due to the nature of our digital and creative services, we cannot guarantee results such as traffic, leads, or rankings. Refunds will not be issued based on performance metrics that depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, etc.).


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

SEO and digital marketing campaigns
Website or software design and development projects
Paid advertisements and media buying
Domain registration, hosting, or maintenance services
Any third-party tool, plugin, or subscription procured on behalf of the client


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
All applicable bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank for further clarification.
